We pride ourselves in effectively meeting a broad range of care needs. We understand the importance of appropriate placement. Each of our homes implement care plans to cater to the needs of residents with a specific level of physical or cognitive needs. Although each individual has a unique set of needs, personality, and effective means for approaching care, there is an immense benefit to being among peers and others with similar needs. Having a group with similar needs, helps us focus our staff training for a particular home to best meet the needs of that group. The correct environment and approach is the first step in insuring the well-being and enriching the lives of our residents.

Activities of Daily Living

Providing Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is one of the core services that we offer. We take a supportive approach to providing assistance. This helps promote independence by allowing our residents to remain as independent as possible. As a small environment, we have an ideal staff to resident ratio of 1:3. We can afford to be patient and have all the time that a resident needs to meet their needs independently or with assistance. We develop individual care plans for each of our residents to detail their need for assistance and allow us to effectively meet those needs.

The following are ADLs that are available as part of our general service and are provided as needed:

Special Services

Special services include areas of assistance that specifically address the care needs of a particular resident. They are often services that are not typically provided in other care settings. Our approach to providing care is extremely thorough. We feel that an effective care plan will address both the core needs as well as all the details. This allows the family to relinquish the role of care management and resume the role of loved one. Each of the following services include appropriate monitoring, recording, and reporting.

Diabetes Management
Laboratory Services
Anticoagulation Program Coordination
