Geotechnical Services for PA/ED and PS&E for SR-91 from Atlantic Avenue to Cherry Avenue Improvement Project (2018-2022)
LA Metro in cooperation with the Gateway Cities Council of Governments (GCCOG) and Caltrans District 7 advanced the development and implementation of the Eastbound State Route-91 Atlantic Ave. to Cherry Ave. Auxiliary Lane Improvement Project. The project study area extends between Atlantic Ave. and Cherry Ave. along EB SR-91.
GAI provided geotechnical services during PA/ED and PS&E phases of the project. For the PA/ED phase, our scope included preparing a Preliminary Materials Report; Preliminary Geotechnical Reports; and Structure Preliminary Geotechnical Reports (SPGR). For the PS&E phase, GAI performed a comprehensive filed investigation and prepared the Final Materials Report; Geotechnical Design Report (GDR); and Foundation Reports (FR).
