Geotechnical Engineering Services for a Parking Structure at the Corner of C Street and Lemon Avenue (2020)
The City of Ontario intended to build a new 5 to 6-story above-ground parking structure with associated improvements. The new parking structure has a footprint area of nearly 15,000 square feet and was designed per the 2019 California Building Code.
GAI performed a geotechnical and geohazard investigation and provided recommendations for the design and construction of the parking structure. Our scope of work included providing a field exploratory program, performing laboratory testing, and office engineering, and providing the final report.
