Geotechnical Investigation, and Soils and Materials Inspection and Testing Services for the District Office Renovation and Expansion Project (2018-2019)
The project consisted of the renovation of the district building and the construction of additions to the building. The work included the demolition and replacement of flooring, walls, asphalt, and concrete for the construction of the additions and replacement of the parking area north of the building, as well as the excavation and construction of the new footings, concrete sidewalks, and utility trenches.
GAI’s scope of work included geotechnical investigation and during construction soils and materials inspection and testing services in the field and laboratory, and specialty inspection services.
